Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original retail packaging (Sealed).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should mail the product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not provide a refund if:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Resolution of Disputes:
we do not consider certain types of disputes as valid grounds for resolution, including but not limited to the following:
A. Personal Preference: Disputes arising solely from the buyer's personal preference or subjective opinions, such as "not liking" the product.
B. Misrepresentation: Claims that the product description is inaccurate or misleading, unless there is clear evidence of factual misrepresentation.
B. Perceived Odor: Disputes related to the product's scent or perceived order unless the product was explicitly advertised as order-free.
D. Order Errors: Disputes resulting from the buyer's incorrect selection of items or SKUs during the ordering process.
E. Incorrect Shipping Address: Disputes arising from shipping issues due to incorrectly provided shipping addresses by the buyer.
F. Negotiated Terms: Disputes regarding product variances or conditions that were mutually negotiated and agreed upon by the buyer and seller prior to purchase.
G. Lost Tracking Information: Disputes arising from tracking information that may have been deleted or updated by logistics companies or local post offices, which is beyond our control.
G. Customs Compliance: Disputes resulting from packages being returned, discarded, or detained by customs authorities due to the consignee's failure to adhere to customs clearance requirements in accordance with the foreign trade policies of specific countries.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow between 10 to 45 days to receive money back on your bank account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sale@adakit.tech and send your item to: 407 Al Khor Building- Baniyas Deira- Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over 100 AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
